How To Create a Tour

Adding apartments to your tour is even easier than an online shopping cart.

Here are the steps:

1. Search for apartments using your own criteria
2. Click the green "Add to My Tour" button for apartments that you want to view in person
3. Once you have added enough apartments, click the red "Finalize My Tour" button
4. You will be prompted to log in, if you have not yet registered with us you can do it at this time
5. You can now view/edit your tour and once you are finished, fill in the time and date[s] that you can see the apartments leaving additional requests in the comment box
6. A local agent will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your tour and to schedule the appointments for you.

Terms of the MyCityApartment Reward

Rewards are stated on each listing and cannot be negotiated. Rewards are paid by American Express, Visa Gift Cards, and in some cases Checks in the amount of your reward. Expect rewards 4-6 weeks after moving into your new apartment, if your reward has not arrived after 6 weeks, please contact us. Please note that we will contact you to send you your reward via mail or drop off. If for any reason you do not respond to our contact within 30 days of first contact, you will forfeit your reward. We are a Real Estate agency and expect our clients to continue a relationship with us beyond their first transaction. You can contact us for inquiries regarding new apartments, house insurance deals, and other related inquiries. If you fail to return our attempt to contact you within 30 days then you have lost your chance to earn the reward unless there are special circumstances that we agree to.

Note: we do not charge a brokers fee. If there is a brokerage fee required to be paid by you, it is because the landlord has not offered to pay it and since we represent you, rather than the landlord, we will simply split the fee with the listing broker as a referral payment for bringing them a renter (if you went direct they'd take the whole thing). We can help you negotiate this! Like you, we wish all landlords would pay the brokerage fee.
